The Mexican Food Company is involved in the development of an ethnic food range with particular emphasis on Mexican food and tortilla making. The company also produce tortilla chips and prepared foods (burritos, enchiladas and quesadillas). The company also produce its own Mexican sauces.

The idea for the product was generated from research into the biochemical changes which occur during the ripening of salami. A major selling point of this product range is the absence of any artificial colours, additives or preservatives.
